ZC/D16A8 running too rich

Hey, I have a buddy of mine who swapped a dx for a zc engine. He did this a little while ago and the zc was running fine, no problems with it at all. Now the engine is running way too rich, black soot shoots out the tail pipe when the engine is asked to perform. Also it is twice as hard on fuel than it was originally.
Could anyone tell me what the problem could be or give some suggestions on the topic, would be very much appretiated.

Hey... Found what the problem was. Took bout 5 mins to fix :banghead: lol
