broken lug bolt

:screwy: hey everyone//// would anyone know how to change a broken off lugbolt on a 2000 dodge neon ...special tools and so forth ...thanx to anyone who may be able to help....E:screwy:

You can hammer the old one out, but don't beat on it too much or you could damage the wheel bearings. Put the new one in and use some washers to put before the nut and then tighten the new to lock it in. Then take the nut off, put the rim/wheel on and you are on your way.

You don't need any special tools persay, just some simple havd tools.
