First when I bought my talon, I alway wanted to convert to 97+ bumper, but 95 body style is grow on me I actually like 95 body look than 97, I like keep it classic look you know, cause Im the only one in town having Eagle Talon TSI AWD, I need a new bumper and head light, I want buy halo headlight, but they dont make many for 95 body style, I have no choice but to go with 97+, I Look around ebay and found one halo headlight I really like, it come with h1 and h3 bult, I heard those can blow out easy after a month, where I can get a replacement bult for that halo head light , thanks BTW if any one have a 95 talon bumper with the eagle emblem, Im happy to buy it from you.

Only you can really decide whats right for your car. I was kinda in the same boat you're in when I first bought my Talon months ago, but instead I was trying to replace my screwed bumper. I couldn't find a Talon bumper, so I switched it with the 97 Eclipse bumper. If you really want to stick with the roots of the Talon, you could alway place an Eagle Emblem on the 97 Bumper, thats what I did, and it looks great.

I personally like the 97 bumper better than the 95 bumper, but if you can find a 97 talon bumper than that would be the shit! And you can't just replace the bulb in the halo's, there are no bulbs, you have to replace the whole halo itself. There's a writeup about it on tuners but it looks like its somewhat difficult, IMO. But in the end it's up to you I guess.
