With DSMlink, and the shutterbox, is that bad for anything for the car to run like that? other then gas millage and power?:screwy:

yeah, i was wondering because with the anti-lag option in DSMlink retards timing back so it fires when the exhaust valves are open, to push burning air/fuel through the turbine spinning it like mad! and also causing the fire out of the exhuast when combined with the shutter box IIRC. so this is actually bad for seals huh... anyone have anymore info on this?

well, dont quote me on that, id just assume it wasnt the greatest thing for it to do. might be expensive if its an all the time thing, but if you had a daily driver that you took to the track every once in a while and stutterbox-launched it, i dont think it would be too bad. doing it all the time like that guy was doing i dont think its so great on the seals.

Well in my opinion that guy just looks like a a ricer... It looks like hes just using dsmlink for shoot flames. He should give that dsmlink to someone who can properly use it.

Its not rich all the time, on when its in the studderbox mode. there's an add fuel option on dsmlink
