Just wondering if anyone can give me an idea of how involved a job it is to replace the clutch on a '90 Corolla. Thank you for all your responses!

HA! I like steps 1 and 19, Just remove and install transaxle.

I had 2 evenings in these 2 steps alone!!

Question, and I understand that this is an old post.

How difficult is changing the clutch.

I need to change the clutch in my 89 Camry but I'm worried about clearance issues. Could you give details on whether or not you used a lift or how you were able to drop the tranny in the event you propped it up. Any insight would be appreciated. I'm trying to do my own as opposed to paying an insane amount of $$$$$$

Thanks!
