brakes

does anyone out there know why on 91 p.a. why the rear brakes keep making a noise that kinda goes screch?? i put new brakes and new hard ware kit and had the drums turned and to wheel cylinders on it...and now and then it still makes that sound??? well i should say it sounds like a thumping noise like brakes out of ajustmant....

Warped backing plate or parking brake problem be my first guess. :dunno:

no that wasn't problem..i've done alot of breaks but have had no luck with rear brakes on these park avenues and there my mom and dads..since they change style on rear..there a pain in the a..
