95 es300 trans compatibility

I have an auto trans that is starting to slip when cold in my 95 es300. It has 220k miles on it so I wouldn't be surprised if it is just tired. I am going to check/change the fluid and filter to try to get by a while longer but my question is this. What years and models are compatible? I suspect the salvage options would be much better if the Camry trans will fit. The Lexus unitsI have found are all pretty high mileage. Thanks for your help.
