s2000 Seats!

Hey guys, i can get a pair of s2000 seats from my friend who is putting in Sparco's in his car. He wants 500 for BOTH of them, is that a good deal? I need to know ASAP!!! Thanks! I dont wanna put em in my car, i wanna resell them to make some money! Thanks!

I don't know how much youll be able to sell them for, but $500 seems like a good buying price. I would just throw them in the civic at least for a while until you did find someone to take them for a profit.

I couldnt say because its not everyday that you see people selling those seats. I also dont know how easy they swap into any other car. You could post an ad on Hondaclassifieds.com and see what kind of offers people give you...

I got a hell of a deal then, $80 (CDN) for 2 CRX Si seats in almost perfect condition. Sweet.

s2000 are awesome, they make your car look sweet:

see the problem is that the seats are so much to ship!! i would think a little more before u buy them to sell, now if you put those seats in your car its a different storie!!!!

ya those s2000 seats are nice!! i tried to convince my parents to buy a pair of sparcos for their rsx and then they i could put their seats in my hatchy. but of course they said no. so i bought some mint 91 2.0si prelude seats for $7.00 and had those put in.. but back to the subject i think s2000 seats go fer about 1000 on ebay.. you should check it out

well, i just called 2 different dealers and they gave me insane numbers!! for each seat its $3100 bucks! so thats over $6000 bucks for a pair of s2000 seats new! Hell, these seats are perfect, that means that i can get at least 1000 bucks for em! hell yea, i am THAT much closer to my engine swap! WHOO HOO!!!!!!!

I am going integra type are front and rear seats (USDM) :)

sorry to say you wont get 1000 for the seats!! you cant go by dealership prices!! if that was the case, the two front (Si) seats in a 4g hatchback would be worth over 1000!! the seats as a pair are like 2500 bucks from the dealership!!

So i didnt say anything. i used to have a friend that would hear me and my best friend talk about a TypeR we just saw. and the whole time he thought we were saw " tight bar", which is what he thought we called the spoiler. He ended up saying "check out that tight bar"about a civic we saw and we were like huh? and then he explained. It was sooo funny.

So, if this guy gets a good/decent price, i will also deffinatly post mine up! I want at least 800 for the seats, but thats the minimum, so i will start the bid at 850 with NO reserve and see if it goes up! I bet it will, but that depends on this guy if his seats sell or what. Lets PRAY! :)
