PRACTICE!

There isn't a magic bullet or a one way easy to do this trick. Just relax, and draw....just draw.

hey there,

when i started drawing cars i had the same problem...I solved it by taking a
picture of a car and draw it and again and again and again and then you try
to change stuff (if you want to design it), but by doing the same thing again
and again you'll get handy with it.

You can also 'copy' other pictures, but practise and compare with the reference and u'll get there!!

its a start.. make sure the tires are the same size, I would definatly recommend the "how to draw cars like a pro" book from .. i forget, i can't find my book, ill edit later. It shows everything from getting started to the tools you need and even colouring, but you shouldn't be ready for that.
what I would do at the stage youre at now, just take a picture of a car you want to draw from the side. take a ruler and mesure EVERYTHING, thats how i got to where i am now, but ill admit, im its like day and night comparing me with the rest of AF. speaking of which, im going to post my new stuff soon.

hope it helped.. probadly didn't

That's Thom Taylor's book.

Dennis Krist has a nice one too. Both of those books assume a better understanding of perspective and overall illustration abilities. I think this guy might be a little young. Regardless...anything will help and they'll all tell you the same thing....

wait for it........

You came here and asked "how to draw cars from the front?"-- we can't tell you anything or give you any tips or suggestions without seeing how you draw from the front angle. Just sit down, take upto 10 or 20 minutes, and draw whatever comes into your mind and just free-hand draw a car from front angle. Look at reference pics. if necessary. Then, try to send us a pic of what you drew (borrow friend's camera maybe? or scan it with a school's or library's scanner?).

From there, we'll mold your drawing into perfection with tips and what you should do.

I just swiped this up on MS Paint. (I'm not the greatest artis in the world or anything so bear with me)

Start with that if you're looking for something as a reference to start with (that's a 2006 Mitsu Eclipse)

Look at how I broke that photograph into lines, and just build from there.

I really hope this helped, lemme know if you need anything else :P
