does a 99 gs have a governor on it? ive heard they do ne1?

All the FWD are supposedly governor limited to 130, personally mine has seen over 140, so its hit or miss as to whether or not the governor is there. If it is, simply pull the ECU and clip a capacitor. Instructions at www.vfaq.com under electronics mods.
