Hello to all,
This coming Saturday I'm ready for my 60K service on my 01' Dodge Durango. I'm was thinking about asking them to use long term antifreeze coolant in my radiator. What do you guys think? This is assuming it won't cost much more. I know this service is a killer.

What engine package do you have? If its a 4.7L then you have orange "long life" coolant already. If you have a 5.9L then you have standard green, and if thats the case there is absolutly no benefit to change it to orange.

mprtech,
I'm wondering why they use two different types? For my 4.7L I'm glad I have long term but since the 60K service has been done already I don't have to ask them to use it. The 5.9L why don't they just use the long term and standardize it.
