I need to replace the passenger side power window motor. I know its a pain to do, I have done other replacments on different makes of cars. Is there any tricks or secrets or order of doing things that could make this job any easier ?

Its a frekin pain in the but.....done in and hated every minute of it, the nuts are in a ridiculus place and its a pain. Sorry, I have no tips, except getting it out through the outside and not the in. But that might get a little interesting.

Well, I found it relatively easy, only took me about 35 minutes. That was on one side of course. Its pretty straight forward, you find where the rivets are on the window motor. Drill a hole on the interior side of the door so you can access the rivets, and drill the rivets out. Get the new motor, put it in (you may have trouble aligning the gears, just be patient and you'll get it), and then just put in some screws. I know I make it sound easier than it is, but really, the only hard part is finding the rivets so you can drill the holes through the door to get to them. It's just something you have to be patient with, and dont rush yourself.
