1995 Chevy Cavlier ECM problem

I have a Cavlier with 2.2 liter engine, and there is something wrong with the computer. I am looking to replace the computer, but I am having a hard time locating the computer. Where would the computer be?? Under the hood? Glovebox, under dash?
