2000 Impala Cat Covered?

I have a 2000 Impala, 3.8, not the original owner and have recently discovered the catalytic converter is the cause of my problems. I know they have a warranty up to 120k on 2001-02, but does anyone know if they would cover a 2000?

probably not. only way to find out is talk to your dealer.

I was afraid of that-I've heard it's hard as hell to even get them to admit it in the first place, just wanted to know if the 2000 year was even included.
