My 92 Buick Lesabre Limited will not start, I have replaced the starter, and Ignition Switch power part under the dash. My starter is not getting the current from the key switch when I turn it over. Nothing happends when I try to start what else could this be?

Welcome to AF, any kind or alarm or security system in the car?

My first guess would be the transaxle position switch. My second guess would be the VATS system. I strongly lean toward the first guess.

When you replaced the starter, did you replace the starter solenoid? Are all the connections at the solenoid tight? I've had a nut on the solenoid come loose before and I felt really dumb when my brother just finger-tightened the nut and all was good.

Only the VATS System, which I don't know if it is faulty or not. I am starting to think it maybe a fusible link bad going to the starter....

Starter was just replaced new with solenoid also....I turned the key over and touched the wire from the ignition to see if it lights a light tester, and nothing....

The wire going to your starter solenoid comes directly from the transaxle position switch. Therefore, you need to test it. If you don't know how to test it, try this:
Loosen the bolts for the transaxle position switch and gently move it left and right while someone else attempts to start your car. If you find a position that will start the car, then your transaxle position switch is either out of adjustment, or needs replacing. If the car will not turn over no matter what, then you need to trace whether the wiring coming to the transaxle position switch from the ignition switch is okay and if not, check whether it is the wiring or the ignition switch itself.
Because I have dealt with this exact issue, I believe you will find that it is the transaxle position switch (or associated position or wiring). If replacement is necessary they are affordable and can be replaced pretty quickly.

I need more clarification. Do you mean the wire TO the starter solenoid? Or the wire directly from the ignition switch where the key goes in?

Purple wire going to the solenoid that has a fusible link on it.
