Mail Truck?

Call me crazy, but these little US Postal Service trucks intrigue me. They're like a modern, american fridolin. I'm looking for any info. I can. is it even possible to buy one? Who produces these? Any specs on drivetrain, suspension, anything? Any help would be greatly appreciated.
