How much oil does the M62 supercharger of my 1994 Ultra need? The M90 obviously needs 2 of the #12345982 4oz bottles. But what about the M62?

I normally keep two bottles on hand, but never use more than (1) everytime I change mine. I keep thinking it should hold more, but it never does! (92PA Ultra M62).

When you change the oil, you have to suck it out somehow right? Btw, how often do you change it?
I bought a rebuilt supercharger so it's completely dry. I received one bottle of s/c oil but I think it requires more than one bottle for the proper level. Even the service manual doesn't state the actual amount. :dunno:

Yea, you have to suck it out, but the system I use, would leave no oil (0) in the reservoir. I change mine every year. http://img157.imageshack.us/img157/67/sc2px2.jpg
Put the bottle you have in the snout and be sure it is full before you mount the SC. Full mark is up to the threads on the fill plug! If you need more, pick up another bottle at your local GM dealer. (Call First) They may have to order it, however that usually takes only (1) day.:grinyes:
