2004 Honda CRV Surging

Under a load such as up a steep incline, car surges at 3000 RPMs, My CRV is a manual. Any one else with this problem? When taken to dealer they state that all is working as designed. We have replaced coil packs and plugs, the problem will go away for a while but come back! Any one out there with any ideas?:banghead:

You would not believe our problem I found that our oil was low. We added oil and the problem is gone. We have had this problem for 40K. We have taken the car to the dealer 4 times. The oil was still in the safe zone. I filled the oil all the way to the top of the indicator. I hope this helps someone.
