Hey guys, Blackcrow and I thought it would be a good idea to have a centralized tech library... so here it is! Here are the rules for getting your writeup and/or tech article into the Tech Articles and Writeups subforum.
I. No General Posting - Absolutely NO unauthorized posting! Posts made in his subforum without permission will be immediately deleted. Should you have a question on an article/writeup, either send the author a PM or make a new thread on the appropriate subforum stating your question and leaving a link to the article/writeup in question. The author of an article/writeup automatically has permission to add to/edit their tech article or writeup but not anyone elses.
II. Getting You Tech Article/Writeups In This Subforum - There are two ways to get an article/writeup in here, they are outlined below.
i) Nominate An Existing Thread - PM a Moderator with the link to a thread that you think is Tech Articles and Writeups subforum worthy. The Moderator will review the thread, make a decision, and copy it to this subforum should they see fit.
ii) Write One - Write out the thread body and post it under the correct subforum, then PM a moderator with the link. The Moderator will review the thread content and make a judgement accordingly. Should the Moderator see fit to put your article/writeup in the Tech Articles and Writeups subforum, the Moderator will make a copy of the thread for the Tech Article and Writeup subforum. Again, unauthorized posts will be deleted immediately.
Thanks guys, happy reading!

I would like to just include that we are very serious about keeping this section as organized as possible. We have never had much organization to the old stickys that included links to everywhere but AF threads it seemed like. Half of the links are now dead and we needed a simpler/better setup for browsing...
Starting from scratch with the 'Tech Articles and Writeups' was exactly what we needed, so we did so with all of this. Of course we will be working hard to gather all the old tech articles and writeups for this section and will always be improving the setup.
Enjoy and make good use of it everybody.
