Someone told me that I can flash engine codes on a 95 Blazer by cycling the key off and on three times. Does this work? I tried it without any success.
As far as I know, I've got the OBD I setup, but I don't have pin #6 in the Data Link Connector to jumper and get the codes that way.

No, it will not work.
If you have a computer on your passenger front tire wheel well, you will need an OBDII scanner to get the code.

if the computer is under the hood than you can't flash codes. you need an obd2 scan tool. autozone or advanced auto will let you use one for free.

Well it is not a Dodge.:grinyes: :grinno:
The key on 3 times does not work on a GM.
Have you got the old style diagnostic plug with pin A & B?
If so you jumper pin A&B.
