91 Integra with a b20

I have a 91 integra with a b20, I am trying to figure out what is the best thing to do to make it faster. I am planning on putting a vtec head on it but dont know what is the best head for it. And what all do I have to replace in order for this to work.

I am currently putting a Gsr vtec head on it with Type R cams. Should I go with the Type R intake or a Skunk 2. Is there anything else that should be done other then replacing the oil pump. I plan on putting MSD Distributor, should I replace the injectors also. I already have a 255lph fuel pump. I was thinking of putting a Skunk 2 intake with a Skunk 2 60mm throttle body. Is this going to benefit me or should I stick with the Type R intake and throttle body. Is porting and polishing the head a good idea? I want a reliable car.
