Fan Won't Work on Hi..-Cutlass

I have a 83 Cutlass Supreme Brougham and when i put the A/C fan switch on HIGH it turns off. I have replaced the switch and it still has the same problem.. Can somsone give me an idea to whats wrong. Someone said its probably a bad connection but i have wiggled the wires at the relay and tapped on the relay and still nothing.

Ok. I found the problem after i replaced the fan relay. But need help on this one too. The RED wire that comes off the Fan relay and goes to a connector with 4 wires (The red, light green, dark green and black) connect the other end with (red, green and black) the connector is a 4 to 3 wire,( the connector was burned to a crisp so i cant tell what wires connected to which and i dont see it on any of the scematics. can someone teel me what wires to splice together?
