Actual numbers will vary car to car depending on miles, wear, how well its been taken care of, etc but I have heard of many weekly tracked 1g cars with stock bottom ends running over 500 hp. I personally wouldnt probably push it that far, but taking it to 400-450 wont bother me at all. I have heard of stock trannies doing 10's but than again it is a DSM tranny. I've never heard of snapping axles except on high HP cars with slicks.
Also, you should use a bit better English in your posts. I know we arent all English majors, but a few well placed punctuation marks, capitalizations, and at least a try at good spelling will get you better answers faster and a lot less flaming. Welcome to AF by the way.
