hi, i was looking at processor today and i was wondering how do you wire them :before the amp or after.

and also i plan on running the 4 speakers off one amp and on my head unit it has rca outs labeled front , rear, subs. would i use front or rear to connect to the amp?

pretty sure processor goes before the amp. you would use front and rear rca outs on the head unit to go to the amp (processor first in your case), that is if it is a 4 channel. 2 channel it wouldn't matter, either would work the same.

to use that processor you MUST have one amp channel per per corner, plus one for the center channel, plus one for the subs. The output of the CD player goes into this unit, then the outputs of this unit go into the various amps.

so i will need an amp for every corner? i can't use a muti channel amp?

one amp CHANNEL per corner ....... so you could get a five channel amp and wire the sub amp channel to the center channel - then just watch the gain on it. The only other amp you would need is a sub amp.
