1986 F150 302 Efi

Need Help thanks in advance. I pulled the motor on my truck and could not get the fuel lines loose from the rail-I even bought the little plastic ring tools to release the doughnut connectors, still couldn't budge them. I did however loosen them to where they are leaking. I want to replace them- where can you find that plastic line and those fittings? should I convert to another type? And I have an extra vacuum hose that came from under the plentum does anyone know where it hooks up?
