Can you provide more details? Does the steering wheel shimmy as well, does it make strange noises? What have you looked into for the cause so far (lugnuts tight, ball joints, tie rod ends, tire inflation)?

the steering wheel shimmys also and once in awhile i can hear a clunking sound on the driver side by the front wheel can this be a tie rod end? and it pulls to the left also when you step on the brake ball joints were replaced in june of this year yes i had checked lug nuts and tire pressure they were ok thanks Dan

have your tires re balanced and you probably need the brakes checked out it sounds like you have a bad caliper on the right side the clicking might be your brake pads moving around on the left side

have seen these vehicles with a bad shimmy after lifting and/or turning the steering with the vehicle off - if this has been done they get air in the rack and it gets trapped there - have found driving circle 8's in first at as high of rpm as is safe for the 8's. turning over bumps can also force the air out faster.

Have the front end checked for loose components. A loose ball joint or tie rod end could cause the pull on braking if it is loose enough.

it is air in the rack i just had this problem today. i change the wheel bearing and turned the wheel with the engine off like mentioned above. when i went for a test drive i had the shimmy only when i would hit a bump with one wheel. if it is the same problem check the fluid and turn the steering wheel from lock to lock a couple of times with the engine running. it should calm the problem down a bit. it may be a few day before all of the air is out of the rack. hope this is your problem fords a famous for have weak front ends. P.S. the rack is a b--ch to change.
