95 cougar electrical problem

My son recently purchased a 95 cougar xr7. The 5 amp fuse that controls the ACC keeps blowing. I am thinking it is a short somewhere. Anyone with any ideas?

I would check the clutch for the compressor when they go bad they can pull excessive amps.
