'03 Jetta, Radio Issue

Hi all,
I have an '03 Jetta that is having issues with the Radio. It powers on, but does not work, volume, channel, etc etc. Also the steering wheel bottons don't work either, (for the radio). I'm guessing this is a fuse issue, but I am not sure. So any help would be great.
