About a month ago my 95 stratus with a 2.5L wouldn't start and i narrowed it down to the distributor and i changed it it ran fine for a week then wouldn't start again. so i checked and narrowed it down to the crank sensor and changed it. the car ran fine for another week, and now its dead again it will crank just wont start up. its getting gas just no spark any ideas please help.

Start by checking the ignition module, then moving to the stator, and finally the coil itself.

I doubt that you are still having a problem with it, but if you are, try checking the pcm/asd fuse in the power distribution box under the hood. Mine keeps blowing but I cant figure out why. Hope this helps.

I actually diagnosed the the problem to be the ecm so i took te car to the dealer and had it flashed and updated. and the car has been fine ever since. I guess the ecm wasnt holding memory anymore or something like that. but again its fine now. but thanks for the help.

The problem was in the ecm it just needed to be flashed and updated and then it was fine. I guess this is a real common problem with these cars. Hope this helps. it cost me 60 bucks to get it flashed, which aint that bad.
