I have a '96 rodeo in which the blower for AC/defrost isn't working. I have checked the fuse and it is OK. Any other quick and easy fixes?

Any other electrical issues? Search "alternator" for some interesting reading.

Hide your kids , newbie at work! Took Rodeo to auto parts store had alternator ck'd, OK. Ran through other items and appeared that the fan motor was capoote. Chaged out motor and the connections were just not same.....wouldn't work , storee suggested trimming a little rubber of the wires to expose more connection. Found out I have a grd'g issue. Took newbie route and regrounded to another spot and installed fan. Now fan runs continuously and does not shut off or work on lower modes 1,2, etc. Where did I go wrong? Newbie bummed out.
