Wiring harness question

I'm wondering if the wiring harness from my HF will work fine with a D16a6.

I know it has to do with OBD but i also know that the wires on the fuel rail are slightly different in the Si and the HF.

Yes, it has all the necessary wiring. You may have to extend some plugs, but that's it.
