Complete list of standard & optional features (http://www.chevrolet.com/malibu/features/)So basicly I have the standard 2006 malibu LS, and I would like to upgrade it to something either faster or something nicer exterior...

I am wondering what internal upgrades on the engine are available and what type of body kits or spoilers are available...

not really a body man, so can't help you there.

as far as the engine, you can do the "fartcan" exhaust with a decent cold air intake, with a decent high flow air filter. install it right, to where the filter is not sucking in hot air from the engine compartment and it will have a little more pep to it. aside from that, there isn't a whole lot of cheap stuff to do that will give you better performance. the intake and axhaust won't give earth-shattering results, but is a nice place to start.
