When I turn my steering wheel there is a loud clicking does anybody know what that is, what I can do about it and where do I get the parts for it at a reasonable cost.

Can you provide more details? I doubt it has to do with the airbags as your subject indicates, but where is the noise coming from? Is the clicking coming from the steering wheel or column itself, or from the wheels/suspension as the car turns?
