its cold need heat.

ive replaced the resistor and checked the motor. after plugging the new resistor in nothing changed. i then pulled the blower motor and bench tested it. it was fine. i then checked all the fuses under the hood and in the dash all tested fine. not sure were to go from here. maybe the switch, i dont know. please help if you have any suggestions. i have also now checked the plug at the blower motor for voltage. it has none. once again: new resistor, all fuses are good, blower motor is good, but no voltage at plug. can it only be the switch in the dash or maybe relays under the hood.
