99 SE Window trouble

My drivers side window won't roll up. If I hit the switch to go up the window moves up about 1-2 inches and thats it. So with it doing that i figured the motor still works and the switch works. Anybody have any suggestions.

the problem could be the regulator is binding or the motor is getting weak and stopping after only a few inches.
