What's up with Buy-Model.com

Hi,

I got a problem with buy-model.com and wanna ask what you would do...

I ordered four kits 12 days ago on Oct 5th., on Oct. 9th the money arrived.
I asked in the middle of last week via mail about my order, they told me that one kit is possible not in stock, but they will ship it on monday (yesterday).

I'll wait, but nothing happened, the order still stands today at "Order Received". I wrote an email yesterday, but still no reply :banghead:


What should I do? I'm a little bit nervous, can I trust these guys?

I can't even resolve the website? ....

I ordered a Tamiya Mustang cobra R from them. 2 weeks after the order, they said it was not in stock and they refunded my money. They are based in HONG KONG, which I did not realize until after I ordered. In their shipping policy, they do not recommend using non-airmail, because it can take up to 2 months for delivery outside of their country. I found this in their shipping information. I would not recommend buying from them. The only good thing is that I got my money back.

Yesterday evening, I got a reply from them. They shipped two kits, they other ones are out of stock and going to be refunded..

It was very fast; I got my money back the same day that they notified me.
