I can't seem to find correct size tool to remove the factory oil filter, which is mad tight. I don't want to poke a whole thru it.Is there a tool out there? I have tried looking in auto part stores and all the stock filter wrenches are not the right size and I am afraid to use one of those universal adjustible ones

Welcome to the AF!
Both NAPA and AdvanceAuto have the correct sizes in my area.
Toyota sells them also. They are sockets that fit on the end of the filter and have a 3/8" square drive hole on the end for an extension or socket wrench.

Yes they do put them on tight belive me oil changes is all i do currently
depending on the size of the filter you might wanna check walmarts selection of cups we have a set at work and when we can find the right one we just put a rag in between the filter and the cup and it works wonders

The strap style wrenches work quite well if you don't have the right size end cap.
