clutch?

hey guys, i have a question. i have a 98 nissan 1.8. I have a problem with the clutch. IF i push the petal in i cant get into gear, unless i really crank that hting down then i can get it in and out. i think that it feelslike a clutch cable but idont know much about nissans.. is htis what it sounds like? if you need more info let me know.

well, it could be the cable but it sounds more like the clutch is getting worn and ready do die on you. Should be about a $400 repair.

You could try and have the cable tightened, but I think your clutch disc is done.
