95 Blazer 4x4 vacuum lines

Does anyone know what sizes and overall length for all the vacuum lines?
Im thinkin that the reason I cant engage 4wd is the vacuum line from transfer case to the front diff.
So I figure if I can get an idea of the sizes and lengths I will just go through all of the lines at once.

I bought 20 ft of 5/32( most common) and 10ft of 7/32 I paid 20 bucks for it all with new fittings.


Your actuator might be bad, they break easy. Im having the same problem in mine, im ditching the vacuum sytem for a manual cable system.

The actuator looks to be fine. I have to check out the connections on the transfer case though. It may be the shift motor cause I dont hear the encoder motor sound when I hit the button.
Either way I want to go through the lines asap.
