00 z24 cavalier with dim low beams....

my 00 cavalier was having a few problems with the lighting and i installed a new wiring harness and everthing works except the low beams are very dim and look like my daytime running lights and my high beam indicator is on all the time... has anyone ran into this problem before???

my 00 cavalier was having a few problems with the lighting and i installed a new wiring harness and everthing works except the low beams are very dim and look like my daytime running lights and my high beam indicator is on all the time... has anyone ran into this problem before???So you installed new headlight harnesses and now your low beams arent working right? My guess then is that you didnt install the harness correctly and now it isnt getting enough juice.
