need advice for heater core replacement.

my buddies 92 Grande Marquis has a bad heater core . read the posts in this forum regarding what a pain it is to do . can someone provide a link with the procedure , if available ? or better yet a step by step would be real beneficial for all . need to tackle this issue pretty quick with as little down time as possble . live in the middle of God's Country and old jack frost is on the doorsteps real quik . there must be a few little tips or tweaks to make this a little easier for all enthusiasts . first post in this forum ,:smokin: looks well put together .

Good One ! thanks alot buddy , now things fall into place so much better . wooo-hooo !:smokin: now . well we attempted to R&R this heater core and ran into some confusion locating these "Remove the 3 nuts located below the windshield wiper motor attaching the left end of the plenum to the dash panel. Remove the 1 nut retaining the upper left corner of the evaporator case to the dash panel." could someone elaborate on where these 3 nuts are , on the inside under dash or in the engine compartment ? if in engine compart , then will one need to remove the wiper motor & box assembly ? the info. provided in the link doesn't specify a few simple tasks with proper explanation, otherwise very informative. also, does the instrument panel need to come off on a 92 G.M.? last but not least , is the "evaporative assembly" just disconnected from the plenum as desribed , or is it removed ? appreciate all your support , thank you . :banghead:
