Nismo V35 Skyline

ya heres a pic of the V35 nismo monster!!!know this thing has 512hp!!!!!!!!!so take a look!!!

I beg everyone's forgiveness in advance if what I'm asking has already been discussed, or is common knowledge, but I haven't really been keeping up with much of anything lately. Is this really going to be the next incarnation of the skyline(R35)? What ever happened to those computer-generated pics that were floating around before? I loved the look of that model, but this one is giving me some grief! I mean, it looks alright as its own car, but I don't feel that I like it being called a skyline.
The pic attached is one of the ones that was posted a while back and is of the model that i was reffering to.

After looking at the message I just posted, I realized that its kind of confusing. The pic I attached is the model that I liked (one of the ones that was floating around before.) The model that I don't really like all that much was the one attached in the message posted by "carz".

Worry not for the picture that carz posted (very nice by the way) is the NISMO mod of the 4dr SKYLINE. There is no word yet or picture of the future GT-R. Yes there are many, many pictures floating around the interenet and in magazines that say they are the "real" photo's, but until we hear from Nissan take them all with a grain of salt. :D

Okay now i hope that this isnt gonna be a massive moment of ignorance on my part, but havent the 4-door r33 and the r34 skylines used the same front and back ends and the gt-r models, and if that is so, why would they vary from thier pattern. :bandit:

But the word this time around is Nissan will make 2 door GT-R much more different from 4 door Skyline. It is suppose to be more aggressively style and retain the 4 afterburner lights.

Im sorry but the 1st pic that car sucks, it looks like My grandfather or parents would drive that.
Nothing like a sports sedan looks more to be closer to a cadillac, long & clumsy. SORRY but I dont like it at all.

That just insults the NAME SKYLINE. (its suppose to be more like a race car & a lot less like a luxury sedan.:mad:

Yeah I am made that we finaly get a skyline in the states & it sucks.
It might have the horsepower but it sure doesnt look good.

Just maybe we can change the looks to an R34 or R33!

To be honest I think the car looks kinda cool. Notice I said "car".

As a Skyline it does leave a LOT to be desired. Of course so far all the reports on the new Skyline have been very positive. Now if Nissan can do the same thing with the new GT-R (make it even better than the current R34) and give it an aggressive NOT lame look. Then we could have a winner:D

umm, just in case u didnt know Darkjomomo, the Infinity 35 is the American crap version of the crap new skyline in japan. they are one in the same, but if ya were just offering the link for us to look at, then thanks :bandit:

well.. from what I've heard from car freaks in Hong Kong... Nissan might divide the line between the GTR and the Skyline..
Skyling being the luxury car with a big engine... and the GTR as a full breed sports car... so it doesn't have those stupid lites..
I want those 4 round lites back! haha :D

I still think your mistaken how thats gonna be the new Skyline. IN the US magazine Road and Track it says that, the link i posted previously is the Infiniti/Nissan G35. The skyline will look something like this

To clear things up a bit for darkjommo... The US bound Infinity G35, is indeed the Skyline sedan in Japan... They are indeed one in the very same automobile... Though I hear they (Nissan) still have not decided on what they will use as a power plant here in the US. Alot of people are saying a V8, I say forget it and stick with the RB26DETT... One thing I never found out.... Is the JSpec Skyline still AWD? The US is bound to be RWD. They better at least make the GTR-35 AWD..

The very first picture at the top (the reason for for this post) is the new Skyline in Japan modefied by NISMO. This is the same car as the Infinity G35. The 2nd picture and the picture that you posted are "rumored" to be the next "R35". Nothing more, nothing less.:D
