what part do i need?

When i use the LH turn blinker it flashes rapidly while the RH flashes normally. The bulbs are fine (first though) but i'm thinking there's a relay of sorts that may need to be replaced (since the 2nd bulb does not come on when it is activated (2nd out of the 3 bulbs on the tail light)

Its not a fuse, you have a bulb out.

thats strange, it sounds like its just a bulb

yea i replaced all the bulbs all around (i was no aware you had to take out the entire flipping tail light to replace bulbs) but they work fine now. thanks!
