A/C problem

Hi guys
on my late 1996 new shape BMW 525 tds the A/C dos not work it just blows fan air wich is not cold at all , the heating works i dont know if it has to do any think whit it .
Please help any sugestions ar welcom

Check your refrigerant and for leaks. This is one of the jobs I leave for the mechanic, in case you ask me how? Good Luck.
