Throttle Cable Disconnect

Hey Folks, I am replacing my fuel pressure regulator in my 96 Tahoe. I started this afternoon labeling stuff, making up names for things when I don't know what they are called...basic newb procedure. I was doing fine until it was time to take the throttle cables off. I got the one that wraps around the one thing but the one with the plastic swivel has me stumped. I don't want to break that sucker so once again I am asking for your help.
I know I am being a pain in the a** but maybe one day I can be of some help to someone here.
