Help!!! Gas Pedal Is Resistant!

The gas pedal on my 2002 Hyundai Accent is really hard to push. It's resistant and the RPM's seem like they barely move. I'm not sure whats up.....but I'm sure worried!!! Anyone know what might be wrong??? HELP!!!!!!!

Could be a number of things, maybe your throttle linkage is stuck, could be a sensor hard to tell without seeing. Best thin to do is to take it in get them to tell you what is wrong then repair it yourself, at least this way would save you some cash. Good Luck

I had a computer problem on my 2002. My gears were not shifting and that was also effecting the gas pedal to accelerate.
