HOT BODY Body mounts help!!

The rubber body mounts that connect the body of my car to the front end (what it is called exactly im not sure) of the car are rotted out. I want to replace them with some new rubber. has anyone ever done this? It is one bolt the bolts up into the body and there is some type of fastener inside the unibody with a small access cover. Is there a specal tool i use or no? Also does anyone know of a website the could walk me through or give some insight?
