New Antenna 91 GT

Getting around to replacing the antenna on my 91 GT, any advice on where to buy one? I have the Ford radio tools to pull the radio, but if it's anything like my Windstar's getting from the top of the fender to the radio is a full days work. Anybody been there done that before. thanks
