Turbo install help

Hey everybody.. haven't been on here in a while because my car has been running good (for a change).. anyway... a friend of mine decided to try and outdo me and now he is having problems. He bought a '98 eclipse gsx too, and has decided to put a t3/t4, 60-1 trim turbo in it (has all the supporting mods and such) but we put the turbo on (a tight fit i might add) and the front motor mount is in the way of where the intercooler piping should hook up to the turbo. I never had this problem since i changed my mind and put a 16g in mine, but we have no idea what to do. Should we turn the turbo housing and point it towards the front and make some custom piping or what? I am out of ideas. Any help or suggestions would be appreciated since i want this thing out of my shed so i can put my dirt track car back inside, lol. Thanks a lot.
