my cam is great, but i couldn't find a flat surface, so the back wheel looks distorted

good work, i like the lotus too! ( but there is something wrong with the rear wheel maybe, well if its pencil you can still fix it :) )

thanks all u guys for the replies and comments, by the way, the back wheel on the lotus is actually ok(.....at least i think,...hmmm), its just that i could only take a pic on my table(only place w/right light), so it was a lil distorted due to a built in keyboard on the corner

oh, and im just usin regular computer paper(never really noticed a dif. in paper types).....is there a big difference?

thats the way to do it!

i just use paper and a reqular HB pencil, i should go get some drawing tools though

Nice drawings. Like the texture, maybe because it's more of my style. I do grainy shading, but hey, what can I do? Maybe different paper? But anyhow, great drawings. Keep practicing and you might not even need to look at a picture. =)

And yes, paper does make a huge difference. Each paper have different texture, surface quality, how thick it is, how thin it is, roughness or smoothness, it's all in the paper.
